Machine Shop Services
Our machine shop can carry out a wide range of jobs from a shaft repair, small batch jobs to a complete working assembly.
Our engineers can assess potential repairs and provide an estimate and where possible look at engineering out repetitive failures through a thorough analysis of the equipment, the application and the installation.
We can provide a convenient and cost efficient solution to extend the life of obsolete equipment helping you to reduce costs and downtime.
DSL can carry out custom fabrication of structures in stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium.
DSL has designed the layout of it’s new 7500 sq ft premises to enable us to meet the growing needs of our customers.
The installation of a 5 tonne overhead crane along with a 90 tonne press, 10 tonne pulling kit and new test facility has already proved invaluable since the move in May 2011.
The machine shop and welding facilities have been updated to provide a wider range of services.
We continue to repair and refurbish all types of electric motors, gearbox units, pumps, fans, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
We have recently carried out a full refurbishment of a granulated and pulverizer for a new customer who has been delighted with the results.
Workshop Services
From our workshop in Trafford Park, we regularly overhaul and update large pieces of manufacturing equipment, aided by our 5 tonne overhead crane. We can repair and refurbish all types of electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans, vacuum units, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
As Authorised Brook Crompton stockists, we hold a wide range of World Series and Series 10 Motors and flanges to suit. The photo's below shows some of the range.
